Three teachers, three lineages, one shared vision — that transformation is possible when you truly slow down.

I specialize in Ashtanga-style Vinyasa: precise, breath-led, and deeply personal. My classes meet students exactly where they are, weaving together strength, alignment, and stillness. Every practice is an invitation back to yourself.
My 500-hour training at House of Om in Bali transformed my relationship with yoga — and with myself. Since then, I've been devoted to creating experiences that do the same for others. This work is my dharma.
When I'm not on the mat, you'll find me exploring new cities, experimenting in the kitchen, or somewhere beautiful with my camera.

I've been deeply devoted to Kundalini yoga for seven years, exploring the powerful world of energy and inner transformation. I'm passionate about holding space for others — gently guiding them back to their light and their own innate wisdom.
My practice is rooted in the belief that we are all whole, that we all have everything we need within us. My role as a teacher is simply to help you remember what you've always known.
Beyond yoga, I love painting, surfing, traveling, and capturing beautiful moments. Let's go to Costa Rica! 🦋✨

My teaching is rooted in the belief that healing and transformation happen when we come home to the body. Through somatic movement, yin yoga, and breathwork, I guide students back to presence — to the quiet intelligence that already lives within them.
I was drawn to yoga during a period of deep personal searching, and what I found on the mat changed everything. Not just a practice, but a way of being in the world: slower, softer, more alive.
It is my greatest joy to share this path with others, especially in places as sacred and alive as the ones Aethera travels to.
"The quieter you become,
the more you can hear."
